Tunes prides itself on being flexible in any type of event or
situation. I have experience with weddings, children’s parties,
house parties and church/ school/corporate
events. My aim is not to be a cookie cutter type of operation: Every event
is different and has different audiences and different formats. While
I do have standard ways of performing at different events, I enjoy ideas
and requests from individuals to tailor the event to their liking. These
types of changes can be done spontaneously during the event as I am used
to working in a fluid environment. I always want to think outside of the
box, and that means not applying the same old formula to every event!
Fresh, creative input is always appreciated, as I do not claim to know
everything! (if you do let me know!!)
For any event, we can meet face to face to discuss
all aspects. This is especially important for weddings,
which I require at least one meeting. Phone consultations can be made
prior to most parties to go over events. I also ask for any and all such
details as songs requested and desired times of special events during
the course of the party. If you hire Taylor Tunes, we are here to work
for you. No extra fees for meetings or phone calls, it is all included

Weddings:
Your wedding is one of the most important days
in your life, you want to make sure you have great memories that
will last a lifetime! Unfortunately, if you have a bad experience
on that day, it will stick with you for life also! We want to be
a partner to ensure your wedding is memorable (in a good way) and
that you and your guests have lots of fun.
You plan for a lot of different aspects of your
wedding, and the entertainment should be near the top of your list.
From playing easy going jazz or easy listening music during cocktails
or dinner, to introducing the wedding party, we pride ourselves
in classy touches that put the spotlight on you and provide a sophisticated
atmosphere.
At least one face to face planning meeting is
always recommended in advance of the event. Multiple meetings can
be arranged as schedule provide, as well as e-mails and phone calls.
All aspects of your wedding will be reviewed
including:
- Dates and times
- Names of all wedding party and family to be recognized
- All music for first dance, and other dances – father/bride,
mother/groom etc. Types of music desired.
- Any special dedications
- Order of events including: wedding party introduction, dinner,
first dance, cake cutting, garter/bouquet toss, unity dance, dollar
dance etc.
- Names of people to coordinate with including wedding planners,
photographers, caterers etc.
I will be your master of ceremony to announce
all events and encourage people to dance and take part in your day.
I will also ensure all coordination is done with other members of
your wedding day team, including alerting the photographer for important
events to capture on film. I will move along your day at your pace,
and make recommendations about when to do certain events, but not
in a hurried fashion. It is your day and all the focus will be on
YOU not me.

Children’s Parties:
As the father of two elementary age boys, I love
being a kid myself. (Although I am 36 years young, my wife claims
I am her third little boy! Ask her!) Children’s parties are
lots of fun for me. I love how most kids have no inhibitions about
dancing and being goofy. I will work with the parents or organizers
to ensure that we keep the kids busy and involved. We can include
many different things for kids parties including:
Theme’s such as 50’s, disco, halloween etc….
Dances like the chicken dance, macarena, twist, and more!
Fun party games like hula-hoop contests, musical chairs, limbo,
bubble blowing and others!
Recognition of birthday boy or girl throughout the party!
My infamous bubble machine that the kids go crazy over!
I can and have done teen parties, which are a
little more informal with mostly dancing. Call or e-mail me and
we can plan for these types of parties also!
Let me know how we can make your child's birthday
at memorable one.
Note: As a Christian parent, I will make sure
all song requests that may be inappropriate to be run by the parents
or adults. I reserve the right to not play any overtly sexual, vulgar
or violent songs at these parties. I typically do not have this
kind of music.

House Parties
With experience at many adult house parties,
including halloween and new years parties, I will play a wide range
of music to ensure all have a great time. With my lights and effects
(bubbles and fog) we will get the party started right in your home
and turn it into a disco!
Note: Parties with drug use, sexual overtones
(including strippers or other sexual situations), underage drinking
or other inappropriate/deviant behavior will not be booked or tolerated.
Call someone else if you are planning any of these! I wouldn’t
want to ruin your party by leaving prematurely…………

School Parties
From sock-hops to graduation parties to homecoming,
give us a call to get the kids out dancing. Always fun and lighthearted,
I’ll keep them moving on the dance floor!!

Church Events
God granted us the gift of music to enjoy. Why
not play some worshipful music, Christian Contemporary Music or
edgy alternative Christian rock at your next church or youth event?
As a Christian, I will ensure we play only approved
music that is glorifying of our Creator. (Secular music will only
be played when and if approved by those running the event). I enjoying
serving the Lord in this capacity, and offer deep discounts or gratis
service to those in ministry. I can work in any budget, including
no budget!!!
